Modifying filename of web templates

Is it possible to use index.html (or some arbitrary filename) instead of thumb.html for a web template? The #THUMB_PAGE# keyword would have to be changed as well, of course. I'd like to be able to change the default substitutions for other keywords as well, like #PREV_PAGE#, #PREVIOUS_LABEL#, etc.

Okay, thanks! Is there any documentation on how to create new templates? I've been modifying existing ones, but I don't know if there is other functionality I'm missing, etc.
On an unrelated note, my account here is "traycer", but it appears to be deactivated... can you reactivate it or delete it so I can re-register? Thanks.
