In the Simple[XnView] template / page.html the DOCTYPE is missing! Otherwise html and css files seems to be valid.Olive wrote:hmm sorry for being late on this. I've almost finished (they actually all need updating). Here are Simple and Simple[XnView], let's see if somebody has a bug or something to report about them, and I'll try to email you the whole template folder tonight.

Yes, I agree, if someone wants to remove it, he can do it manually, so maybe add option to remove it completely and/or "rename" it - change text.Olive wrote:Okay thanks.
By the way, what would you think of removing it from the pages, so it's only on the thumbnail page? Right now it's a bit repetitive and may look like an advert
what do you guys think about my JavaScript template (or just it's heartpiece) here: http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?p=14522#14522 ?

Hello Thomas,
Let's continue discussion on "automatic forward" in the other thread.
Greetings,
Helmut
thank you for your suggestion, an automatic forward after some seconds might be a good idea. Perhaps we can add some HTML templates which have the automatic forward feature in it. But we have to make sure that the solution is stable and runs on various browser versions (IE, Mozilla, Opera, FireFox, ...). Also, the automatic forward has to deal with slow internet connections, not sure whether this will work.thire wrote:what do you guys think about my JavaScript template (or just it's heartpiece) here: http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?p=14522#14522 ?
