Animated GIF displayed incorrectly

Attached file has 3 pages. They're displayed correctly when animation is on but incorrectly by manual page change. WinXP SP3, XnView 2.39.

That's a know issue with optimized GIF animations: ball.gif vs. ballopt.gif.
