Thank you for your bug report, TornadoOfSouls, and sorry for the very late reaction to your previous bug report.
Reproduced in v0.84 on Windows 7 64bit.
(Looks like a rounding problem to me. When fine-tuning the selecting one can experience that selection is off to the image pixels. And when cropping it becomes clear that something is wrong, here.)

O.k., thank you, I can also reproduce the problem. Issue 1131 is fixed in next version.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.85 beta 1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
