Auto-scroll when dragging selection off window area

Post by Guest »

When selecting an area (eg. to Crop), XnView does not auto-scroll when you go off the image workspace area. This makes it difficult when working with larger images because you have to start the selection, then scroll left/right/up/down, and then resize the current selection to you needs.

:) Hello !
- I support this request. It's so annoying to select with the current behaviour for large images, or when it's necessary to blow up larger than the window.
- That you wish exists in the text-editors, why not in XnView ? ;)

 Kind regards,
Claude

This could cause problems if it were locked(non-optional) behaviour. When editing, I prefer the picture not to move when cursor is near edge of screen or window. Quickly selecting 1024x768 in fullscreen (a good current feature) would be impossible with auto-scrolling.
