Highlight selection local trash

1)
In the explorer, could it be possible to have a selection more visible than a simple bold blue square?
Why?
As a photograph, I use xnview to review RAWs and select those I want to keep. I browse 500 to 1000 photos and need to be quick. I often have to switch between the explorer and the viewer to doublecheck the sharpness for instance and when I get back to the explorer I spend my time seeking for the picture selected, loosing a lot of time in long serie and leading to error when you trash to fast

2) following up the concern above, having a local trash could be convienient...

Great software anyway, the fastest to sort thousand of RAWs under pressure...
