0.93.1: "Edit IPTC / XMP" window resizing is wrong

This to fix the glitch below is very simple but will save us A LOT of hours in scrolling / editing:

The resizing of the first tab ("Caption") from the "Edit IPTC / XMP" window is wrong. The widgets there doesn't behave correctly especially (for us) "Caption" and "Special Instructions" text boxes.

The desired effect is to have "Caption" and "Special Instructions" fill/use the entire area of the window marked with a red circle in the attached images. See the behavior below at different sizes.

For conformity, the full text is here, so having a correct resize of the text boxes will save us a lot of time.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.94. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
