0.98.4 - Using a folder.jpg doesn't show thumbnail in folder

See attached the issue.

I've placed a 400x400 px photo in there named: folder.jpg but it's not showing in the folder thumbnail.

Rebuilding the thumbnails fixed the issue.

Thought this was automatic for folder thumbs.

This can be closed.
