1.3 BUG - UI - filter parameters vertical alignment consistency

XnView: MP 1.3.0 64bits (Sep 6 2022)
OS: Windows 64bit (21H1)

Only "Unsharp Mask" filter parameters are vertically aligned at the top.

Effect:
UX degrades slightly.

To reproduce:
1. download xnView MP archive, extract and run program
2. goto Image -> Filter
3. select Filter in Effect list

Expected behaviour:
Guess parameters of all other filters shall be vertically aligned at the top as well, for the consistency sake.
