1.3.1 - draw - focus switches from selected instrument

XnView: MP 1.3.1
OS: Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Draw tool - focus temporarily switches from line, rectangular, circle to arrow.

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open image
3. open Draw tool (Shift+D)
4. select any of 3 instruments: line, rectangular, circle
5. click on drawing area in any place

Actual behaviour:
Selected instrument changes to arrow, but only in UI.
It does not provide arrow's functionality and changes to previously selected instrument once start drawing.

Expected behaviour:
Selected instrument shall remain focus untill manually changed.
Check 'Add Text' instrument for correct behaviour.
