Suggestion A
- move all Tabs to the main list
Simplify structure by moving almost all tabs from details to navigation section (limit levels to 3 deep max)
Once it is done it will be easier to shuffle items/groups further to make it cleaner.

Suggestion B
- add filter functionality to narrow down settings tree

Suggestion C
- move Catalog and Metadata to the root level as they are global settings
