Fixed - 1.50 beta #3 - first moment incorrect dimension, than correct size

Post by masterjp »

While scrolling between different images mit cursor left/right in the main window with an opened picture file, I saw a strange display error.
When I load a jpeg image file, an incorrect image size is displayed for a short time.
About milliseconds later the size of the image is then corrected and is then displayed again.
All files in the directory have the same landscape format and size (4000x3000 pixels), so I do not understand, where the program first get the wrong size.

My image has the size 4.000 x 3.000 pixels. It is a standard jpeg file (not progressiv) sub sampling 2x2,1x1,1x1.
But first 500 x 375 pixel is displayed (1/8 of the original size).

I did not know, that two pass rendering exists or what it means.
I think it can faster load or render the loaded picture.
Then it is a good solution and the extrem short display error is okay!
