few minor grouping changes

Suggestion A

• rename Swap to "Swap color"
  - also rename "Swap component" in Batch convert to "Swap color"
  • actually if its acceptable to rename it to "Swap channel" everything can be grouped under single Channel item

• move "Remove alpha chnnel" below "Extract channel" item

• move Offset.. close to other Transform items (Rotate, Mirror)

• move Draw... on top of group items

Suggestion B
maybe move "Edit colormap..." right below "Change color depth..." as they are related items

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.6.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
