issue A

• image is stretched in Pan tool

• tab's miniture is messed as well, but it has been reported already

issue B

• When resizing Pan window cursor shall remain "Diagonal resize", but it changes to "Move" cursor

• Also Pan window sometime jumps in a strange way during resizing (see picture)

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.6.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
