XnView: MP 1.6.1 x64
OS: Windows 10Pro 22H2 x64
For some videos the preview area is always black. When trying to click on any other file XnView will stop responding. Maybe it has something to do with video being only 1s long.
Effect: The preview area is still black. XnView is not responding anymore. Task manager shows "Very High" power usage for XnView.
To reproduce:
1. Have this video https://mega.nz/file/CTJGkDoK#MYKU6RKMD ... MOFOBOquBM and any other image in one folder.
2. Open this folder in XnView browser.
3. Select the video. The preview area is black now.
4. Select the other image.
Actual behaviour (bug): The XnView is not responding anymore.
Expected behaviour: XnView proceeds to select any other files. The preview for the video is displayed correctly OR there should be an option to disable preview for the video files (as it was before 1.6.0).

Re: 1.6.1: freeze on video preview
Sorry for being insistent, will you fix it? The bug is still in the "New" section.
This bug it's really annoying, stumbled upon few more video files that would freeze the XnView completely, it's hard to navigate big folders now.

Re: 1.6.1: freeze on video preview
Can confirm this problem and other video preview-related freezes/crashes I've encountered no longer exist as of 1.8.0.
Thanks.
Thanks.
