B1: Options: Sub category "Folder tree"

In "Options" dialog, category we have various options for the folder tree. It might make things clearer if we introduced a new sub category "Browser > Folder tree" and moved some of the options there. E.g. "Auto Collapse" would be much more meaningful if users would see it in category "Browser > Folder tree".
