Windows' scale affects text
(text size 36, but it affects almost all sizes as well)

issue B
By default Caption set to {Filename}, but when you press 'Default value' button it sets to blank.
Values shall be the same.

I can reproduce both issues:
A - set win dpi scale to 150% to reproduce
B - selecting Default preset does not add {Filename} tag
