Browser - filelist - Move should not Copy files

Browser - filelist

Issue
Releasing file(s) (on empty space, highlighted yellow) being dragged with SHIFT (Move action) in the same folder will create copies.
This is very inconvenient and confusing.

Suggestion
Releasing file(s) being dragged with SHIFT in the same folder shall do nothing.


Standard behaviour

• drag via LMB
  
  • no modifier
    - Copy if dragging to another drive
    - Move if dragging within same drive
    - change sort order if dragging within folder (app feature)
  • CTRL
    - Copy
  • SHIFT
    - Move
  • ALT
    - Create a shortcut

• drag via RMB
  • no modifier
    - on release - display context menu with options (Copy Here, Move Here, Create Shortcut(s) Here)
  • CTRL, SHIFT or ALT
    - display same context menu, but highlight corresponding command
