Yes, it should be integrated into distribution - 100% Support - but it shouldn't be installed automatically!
Each context menu entry needs a Registry entry. That fact, and the increased size wouldn't be favourably for an USB stick installation.

So the user should be asked during setup, if he wants to install the Shell Extension.

Yes, but there should be also an option for "zip" version (no install).

BTW - you can 'close' context menu with the mouse wheel, it should be in help somewhere, if it's not there already.
