XnView 1.82 RC2

Hello,

the second Release Candidate version of XnView 1.82 is available. First we had Alpha, Beta, and now Release Candidates (RC). On Wikipedia you'll find a good description of the various development stages. This Release Candidate should be of reasonable quality.

I hope that this RC2 is the last before final release!!

Important Notes:
+ Normal users should use the current Final version of XnView, which is version 1.80.3. Please see topic XnView 1.80.3 for details.
+ Download portals and websites must link to final versions of XnView only, and in no case link to this Beta version.

At this stage I'd like get feedback for bugs (large and minor), or other comments regarding the added features. Thanks to report bugs, GPFs, or other problems found in the Beta. For further testing please make sure that you use this version (not an old beta).

All problems listed in group "Fixed in beta 4" are supposed to be fixed. If you have reported a bug and it is listed in 'Fixed in beta 4' please verify whether it has been really fixed.

Thanks for RC2, Pierre.

I have a strange thing after replacing RC1 files with RC2 ones: the Thumbnails Cache doesn't recognize previous cached thumbnails.
=> Same Cache folder, still with all the previous caching files... but RC2 don't use them and replace them with new ones while Thumbnailing/Caching them...

(not that important in my case, but some people might want to know about it before losing their Cache)

Fixed: Slideshow "all effects".
I counted 24 effects. Neat.
