RC2: Nero and Folder Selection

- Open XnView in Browser mode
- Select a Folder (no images or full of images doesn't change anything)
- Create menu -> CD (with Nero)

Nothing happens!

Also, "CD (with Nero)" should be greyed out when the parent folder ".." is selected.

Changed in RC3.
