Shell Extension - Resolution vs aspect ratio

When using size, for example 1920x1200 for resize and the image aspect ratio is 4:3, then the resolution of the resized image is 1600x1200. I think the larger value should be used for the target final resolution, e.g. if the resolution is 1920x1200 and the image AR is 4:3, then the target resolution should be 1920x1440.
