[Fixed] RC2: fit image to desktop, large only seems broken

"fit image to desktop, large only" seems not to do what it says for really small images. it seems to stretch images under 240px wide to be 240px wide. in order to see images that small at their normal size, i must manually zoom to 100%.

there also seems to be a minimum height of 128px that smaller images are stretched to.

Small images (eg smilies) are indeed enlarged with this setting.
