Its possible to extend the XnView to start in a special Mode
(maybe with a commandswitch)
or to Compile a own Comic-Reader (read CBR/CBZ/PDF)
i know no Comic-Reader can support WebP
and have
option with Postprocessing (read Images and add a Sharpen-Filter as ex.)

which special mode?

to show direct at start (per switch on commandlineparameter)
no fullscreen-image instead 2 images (similar a book)
and drag the pages to side to see next 2 images
support for cbr/cbz or maybe a special WebM (contain only WebP) without animspeed

to switch the Viewer in a reader
