The context menu appears for me when clicking in the Fav panel's white space. I have found a few small areas where it doesn't respond but it's too small to worry about.
Not really so small, it doesn't work - next to any subfolder. It works if you click next to any favorite entry, but if you have 10 subfolders there, it doesn't work at the white space - next to all these subfolders.

Sorry... I've tested again several times.... and now the favorites context menu does appear when clicking in the white space! ???? (must be operator error?) :shock:

Anyway, this entire thread points up how "unfinished" the whole logic of folder favorites is. I'm working on a mockup image of a new approach.

You must click next to folder, not favorite - open any favorite and click next to subfolder - at the white space.
