Hello !
- Maybe could you contact
Ch. Ghisler to know what "mod" he's using in TC-fora ??
- He's a native German-speaker…
supportATghislerDOTcom
EDIT : I remember he said once : "…
my quick-reply…" , so I guess he wrote some special stuff for that feature…

Another forum I frequent uses PHPbb2+, and the quick reply is a standard feature.
On invision boards, the quick reply can be turned on/off on a per user basis. On vbulletin boards, it can be enabled or disabled on a skin to skin basis. On PHPbb boards, it appears to be a global setting.

another alternative would be to convert this forum to SMF
http://www.simplemachines.org
The forum is free and has a lot of builtin features, so you needn't always use php Hacks for new functions like quickreply.
Converting should be simple
http://www.simplemachines.org/community ... nvert.html
And the support team in the forum is superb.
it also have a lot of great skins like SMFOne

I had this discussion with Helmut and Pierre already, SMF came also in my mind ,-)) But in the moment the board runs quite smooth, the EasyMod is also not too bad, so I wouldn't change the complete board just because one or two small features (althoug people will really like it <g>).
I think the next steps for XnView is to have a good bug reporting tool like bugzilla or one of it's "brothers and sisters", eventually a wiki, a tool for surpassing the translation issue and and and...,-))
Just keep me busy, men, just keep me busy...

Hello !
- The code used on the Total Commander forum is shown
HERE and like I said before, it works quite fine !
- Maybe some minor adjustment ?
…Installation Time: 5 Minutes
- According to this, it seems it is not a big deal to add…
