RC3: Pause key does not start/stop slide show
Moderators: helmut, XnTriq, xnview
Hmm SPACE does *not* pause the slideshow, it moves to next image *and then* pauses on it. This is very annoying when you see an image you want to pause on, and it pauses on the next image instead.
PAUSE doesn't pause at all either, although it'd be intuitive to use the PAUSE key to pause.
Not fixed in RC2 IMO

You meant RC3 I think...helmut wrote:In 1.80 RC2, Pause key still doesn't start or stop the slide show. Space bar works o.k..
Windows XP SP2
Yes Pause key still doesn't work in lite fullscreen only in RC3.
Minor - there's a strange "square" character for Quick Slide Show:
"Quick Slide Show[]Space" instead of "Quick Slide Show .......... Space"
Minor - there's still a text "Start Slideshow" for Quick Slide Show in the context menu of Viewer/Fullscreen standard instead of "Quick Slide Show" (slideshow works good there, starts and stops slideshow)

Pierre.
Pause key works fine here too (tested with 500ms and 200ms in all modes).
But:
Another really minor thing - change text in Viewer > toolbar button from "Quick-Slide-Show" to "Quick Slide Show".
But:
There is a change to "Start Quick Slide Show" in Viewer, but it's still not accurate, because Start and Stop is possible, therefore I suggest to rename to "Quick Slide Show" - same as in the Fullscreen Lite.Minor - there's still a text "Start Slideshow" for Quick Slide Show in the context menu of Viewer/Fullscreen standard instead of "Quick Slide Show" (slideshow works good there, starts and stops slideshow)
