That would fix the problem but cause many new problems. Typically only special windows like the Windows Taskmanager should use "on top", not dialogs of "normal" applications.
Well, media players have "on top", but Pierre said that he can't do that with dialogs, then the only way is cut a line of batch rename and reorganize a bit the webpage creator.

-Batch rename window fits better in RC3. This part is fixed.

-Perhaps the web page window could be made to fit better by placing the bottom 2 checkboxes side by side, instead of stacked vertically? Autohiding taskbar would probably not be needed at 800x600 that way. It is usable as is though. It is not troublesome to me. I don't use this function, but others might welcome a better fit (if this would accomplish that).

Moving the strings side by side might cause problems since some translations are much longer than the English wording. Pierre could you please check?
If space is not sufficient when positioning the entries side by side, we can still try to play with the layout a bit and try to save space.

Since the last proposal won't fit all translations, perhaps this one will:

JPEG sould be same in all languages. It could be placed on same row as GIF and Interlaced. Also there is an incomplete seperator below these which could be changed.

The slideshow window is too big too fit on 800x600 resolution, large fonts.
The GO button on the bottom is chopped off.
The Loop button can be moved right of fullscreen button to help.
There is also alot of free space below transition effects box.
