RC3: No thumbnail for files larger than [____] KB

Ah I understand, thanks. But I think XnView shouldn't do that. A thumbnail from a 100 MB TIFF is slow in both XnView and Explorer.

- Anyway, there is a problem with that option:
1. Nothing in the cache for my test, since I created specially this 2.77 MB file to test !
2. Not any thumb-nail can be got from Explorer and the system, since the test was under Win 98 SE, in which Explorer does NOT support any thumb-nail view !

This has been fixed in RC4.
