Simple and Simple[XnView], let's see if somebody has a bug or something to report about them, and I'll try to email you the whole template folder tonight.
In the Simple[XnView] template / page.html the DOCTYPE is missing! Otherwise html and css files seems to be valid.

This was me and I forget to mention that, you can use...
HTML validator:
http://validator.w3.org/
CSS validator:
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/
to check the templates before sending them to pierre or post them in this topic so everybody can check them. Note that don't check the actual template files, check the ready web pages created by XnView.

Thanks, actually I was testing with different doctypes and without doctype, to see whether it had some effect on the layout.

@ German speaking guys:
Depending on the template, there is "Diese Seite wurde mit XnView erstellt." or "Erstellt mit XnView". Are they both OK?

Both are correct German, I'd prefer the shorter version.

Okay thanks.
By the way, what would you think of removing it from the pages, so it's only on the thumbnail page? Right now it's a bit repetitive and may look like an advert

Yes, I agree, if someone wants to remove it, he can do it manually, so maybe add option to remove it completely and/or "rename" it - change text.

Hello Thomas,
thank you for your suggestion, an automatic forward after some seconds might be a good idea. Perhaps we can add some HTML templates which have the automatic forward feature in it. But we have to make sure that the solution is stable and runs on various browser versions (IE, Mozilla, Opera, FireFox, ...). Also, the automatic forward has to deal with slow internet connections, not sure whether this will work.
Let's continue discussion on "automatic forward" in the other thread.
Greetings,
Helmut
