It works !!!!

I have just opened the file with 7-Zip and I get a normal bitmap image (extension .bmp) that I can view with any image viewer, so I can recover the 1300+ images that are in this old multimedia CD.

A lot of thanks to XnTriq for the solutions and also to all others that have tried to help me.
