it's not the good picture file as you can see in my screenshot, not the same keywords list, no??

Pierre,
As requested here is another try to document the situation of discrepancies between IPTC data and categories screen. When trying to tack one of the two missing subcategories XnView hangs itself. See 2 screenshots: before and after tacking.

- Before correction with correct (green border) and missing (red border) categories and after adding subcategory. Hnaging cursor not visible in screenshot.

After the forced restart the added subcategory is visible. Why does the system hang itself? Is there a better way to make corrections in categories?

Sorry, I made the screenshot when I had completed the correction and selected another picture to have the correction effected.
Here is a screenshot with the correct photo and IPTC screen.
