XnView Software

Two different PC's, both running fully updated Win Pro 64.
XnConvert Version 1.85.1
XnView Version 2.49.4
Ghostscript Version 9.53.3

Will not convert a pdf. Returns xx.pdf 0x0x0 : not a picture error. Regardless of what I try to convert it to.

Actions taken: full reinstall of all three software, ticked the "ignore read errors", and tested multiple pdf files.

Please advise.

Can you list the complete specs
32/64bit
All versions numbers
Does the Environment variables path includes a path to gs?

I uninstalled XnConvert, XnView, & Ghostscript.
Then installed XnConvert 64 bit, installed XnView, finally installed Ghostscript.
Result, worked.
