Hi, is there any update on this topic?
The last post is from November 2021 as far as I can see....over 1 year back.

I got a Windows Surface for XMas, and now I'm stuck trying to use Xnview MP with the touch screen....

I've been using Xnview for ages and simply cannot believe its not touch screen capable.
Please tell me I'm wrong.

Hi Pierre, well, for starters, I'd like:

- swipe left/right or up/down to go to the next/previous picture
- pinch for zooming in and out
- double-tap for changing the mode (Browser <> Fullscreen)
- long-tap for right-mouseclick
- panning support

Really vanilla stuff you get everywhere on Android, but now I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro under Windows 10 or 11.

Any chance to build that in?

Hi Pierre,
a toggle to use or not use gesture would be great.
And if you could include an easy way to mark a picture (shortcut: T) in gesture mode, for example by tapping to the upper left corner, this would be phantastic as it helps to quickly mark pictures for further operation.

Thanx in advance

Any form of touchscreen support would be great! On the Surface Pro tablet without keyboard or mouse attached it is fairly hard to use XnView.

I only found that left mouse button ( = touch) can be set to move to the PREVIOUS image, though not the next one :) So with some reordering it is very basically usable, but I ended up installing other app with actual touch (even swipe) support.
