Not sure this will be of help to anyone but....
I installed the update XnView MP 1.3.0 and then I was not able to see any of my drives except "Desktop" on the left panel even when I clicked on "Folders".
After trouble shooting for some time...I discovered a very simple fix. In the file list toolbar, either click on the green up arrow or click on the down arrow to find the directory you want to show. I chose my PC. Now all the files are showing in the left panel...
I have included a screenshot. Hope this helps someone else who may be experiencing the same issue.
