This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.5.5. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

I was very happy when I saw a video thumbnails fix in 1.5.5, but when I updated, I still don't see thumbnails for any of my MOV videos in macOS 13.5.1. Please let me know if you want me to create a new thread or give more information.

P.S.: Using this opportunity to THANK YOU for that amazing piece of software once again. Thank you for all the time you're putting into it. It's highly appreciated!
