What did you mean by installing libheif-plugin?
Did you mean installing it in
/opt/XnConvert/Plugins
or installing it on my device as a whole?
I notice that there are libraries in the plugins file and I think that they are libraries for converting image formats.
Do you mean install libheif-plugin there?

Does XnConvert need a newer version of libheif-plugin or a specific version?

on Mint 22, i have installed
, and XnConvert works correctly to write AVIF
