I install the WinXP SP2 build 2162, and now it seems that the "Associations" feature works! I don't know if is because of the update, but it seems that it is...

Podes associar os ficheiros um a um tipo por extensão.. tipo fazes Abrir com.. selecionas os XnView e activas a opção abrir sempre com programa selecionado.. É o q eu faço..
Tb vim pra aqui pra falar disso mas o meu ingles é pessimo.. Espero q eles te entendam..

Outra solução é activares a opção de o XnView guardar as opçõres no registo q acho q ele assim ja associa as extensões. Qq coisa q precises depois podemos falar por messenger se quiseres.. eu depois ponho ca o meu contacto.. Inté

Hey! eu tb sou tuga
well i guess there should be no need to manually force "always open with selected aplication" if theres an option in xnview to "open files from explorer". i hope a new version is released soon with that fixed, since xnview already told the problem as fixed
