RC2: Exif and IPTC data in thumbnail view

The program crashes if I want to show the properties of the picture
http://www.anikahenkel.de/Stereo/sandworld.jpg and others where the EXIF comment is longer than 256 characters. The length of the JPEG comment is irrelevant.
If I want to show the user comment some pictures cause a crash where the JPEG comment includes special characters that are written by Paint Shop Pro. One Example:

I found other bugs that I cannot yet reproduce. I'll try it later.

I confirm fixed: EXIF comment is longer than 256 characters
I confirm fixed: JPEG comment includes special characters
