Hello,
first, it's not "my" program. To "uninstall" it, go to menu > File > and select "Clear settings", then exit the program using Alt+X and delete it from your hard drive.
Some shortcuts (hotkeys) are the
system shortcuts - integrated in Windows. To disable (or change) these shortcuts you can use, for example, HotkeyP (again).

Oh, sorry, I thought the reason you're so active in this thread is because you developed it. Thank you for your answer!
/sleep command...can't seem to get it right.

I am very new to Hotkeyp, but I will ask my question anyway....I'm using version 4.5 on an XP SP1.
I am having problems when I try to group several Hotkeys into one larger Hotkey. The problem seems to be that they all seem to start at about the same time and I get widely varying results.
I have tried inserting the /sleep command but it doesnt seem to be slowing things down enough (or at all).
Could someone explain the proper format for creating and possibly using the command, such as are there spaces or 'dots' in it, or not.
Thanks

Unfortunately this is a know issue, AFAIK, you can try to write to author, but he is quite busy - although he has added many new features I have suggested, so you have a chance. Good luck.

HotkeyP 4.6 has been released.
new:
- command "Desktop resolution" has optional parameter monitor number
- command "Control panel" without parameters opens the control panels folder
- command "Macro" can have parameters \media_select, \launch_app1, \launch_app2
- option to use hook only for special system shortcuts (e.g. Win+E, Win+D, Ctrl+Esc, Alt+Tab, ...)
fixed bugs:
- multimedia keys on some keyboards did not work (e.g. Genius USB keyboards)
- shift sometimes remained pressed after the macro
- if launched application required admin. rights, its exe file name was passed as the first parameter
