It seems quite clear, efficient, flexible to me... and the text fields are large enough for 4 extensions without problem. Do you like it?

I hate to add to the complexity of this issue, but I have to toss one more parameter into the mix which I think should be taken into account when giving Items displayed an overhaul.

Not only in terms of performance but also from a security standpoint it would be a good idea to exclude by default all extensions that map to the MIME types of what Microsoft calls “Web content files”:

• HTM HTML MHT MHTML XML XHTML EML NWS URL

.HTA (HTML Application) and .CHM (HTML Help) probably belong in that category, too.

Does anyone know how to block shortcuts to Web content files (*.html.lnk etc.) but still allow linked images (e.g. *.jpg.lnk)?

Perhaps "jpg.lnk" should work in include list?

Custom files 1
[exe com             ]    [x]  [ ]  [x]  [x]

Custom files 2
[pdf eps             ]    [ ]  [x]  [ ]  [ ]

Note "Mark to include / unmark to exclude" could be added if needed.

Also custom1 could be marked and custom2 unmarked by default, to help even more, it would be more intuitive.

"Other files" should be last, then it would be useful.
