Hi!
I am using a Casio Digital Camera which is connected via USB to the PC. While switching the camera on, a new drive appears with a directoy display the images on the sd-card.
The Problem: I can not import the pictures from the camera to the PC using xnview. Other programms work fine, but in xnview i cannot use "Select Twain Source" because no device is listed and when i try to import "Einlesen" (Read from) I always get the error message "Aquire returned false". A WIA Driver for the DigiCam (CASIO EXILIM S-3) is not available through Casio.
Even by selecting in Option/Install "use xnview for USB Events" nothing happends when turning the camera on. Other application while Ulead Photoexplorer automatically detect the powered on DigiCam & ask to start to download the pictures from the cam. in xnview absolutely nothing happends?
Does anyone have an idea to solve this prob? I`ve spend a lot of hours without success; in this forum I could not find a similar problem..so please help...
THANKS,
Bernd
