Export wizard- 2 additions

-Please make export wizard window resizeable and window size remembered.
-Please arrange quality slider for JPEG so that image is updated only when mouse button is released- currently with bigger images it is very hard to work with slider.

In B5, you have a delay before updating

I would prefer an update on releasing the slider, but working with the delay as in Beta 5 is ok = minor improvement
(ie: topic could be postponed if you need so).
