B1: Bug, or feature removed?

In the alpha, there was an option under the file menu to open in hex mode. In the beta, this is gone. Is this a bug, or has the feature been removed?
(btw, We need a "beta feedback" forum for posts about features, or generalized posts. Currently the only beta forums are for bug reports only.)

There was no beta feedback group because beta version is mainly for bug testing. But I see that there should room for additional feedback for fine-tuning the new features. I've just renamed the group "Alpha - Feedback" to "Feedback". In this group, additional feedback for all testing versions can be placed.

Discussed in this
thread: you can either:
- use Menu>Tools>View in Hex mode on selected file(s)
- or 'Open' any non displayable file to automatically get Hex View (if Options>Read/Write>'Show hexa...' is ON)
...although this last feature currently doesn't work.
