Tag indicator in fullscreen: Label

Currently, the Tag indicator in fullscreen displays "Tag: No" and "Tag: Yes".
I wonder whether a "text symbolic" indicator would be better, e.g. Tag: [ ] and Tag: [x].

I would say
slightly better because it would be more in line with the graphical tags of Thumbnails and easier to fast-read... (but it is really small issue for me).
