Just a minor one: this option is misleading. It is used to recalculate the thumbnail from the original image if the embedded thumbnail size is smaller than the set thumbnail size. I thought it would use the actual picture instead of a thumbnail when the picture itself is smaller than the thumbnail-size.

IMHO a better label would be: "Create thumbnail from original image if embedded is smaller than thumbnail size" (There is enough room in the settings dialog I think!).

Or
- Use Embedded Thumbnail
-- Only if larger than XnView thumbnail size
or
-- Only if embedded is larger
along those lines somehow. Since you already have context, you don't need to re-explain the entire option.
