Selection ratio 3:4, 3:4 and specified selection

Horisontal rectangonar selection is as useful as vertical selection. Specified selection(for example 102:152) may be useful too.
True, only landscape orientations are listed in menu "Edit > Set selection Ratio". But that's on purpose to keep the number of choosable ratios low.
You can change a selection's orientation by pressing "Tab" key or by selecting "Edit > Swap selection width & height".
