A hotkey could be added, but (permanently) changing an existing hotkey should not be done or only done if there is a real good reason.
In this case I don't see a good reason for changing the hotkey: Both menu items "Fit image to window, large only" and "Fit image to window, all" are equally useful.

well, it's the default setting i prefer for the preview window
