Tag, Rating, Colour tag: Singular or plural?

I wonder whether the menu items for Tags, Ratings, and Colour tags should be labeled in singular or plural:
Either
Tags >
Ratings >
Colour Tags >
or
Tag >
Rating >
Colour Tag >
From my point of view it should be all singular because each file can have one tag/rating/colour label, only.
