Edit Multipage Tiff Up and Down Arrows Hardcoded Black

In the Edit Multi page tiff file dialog box, the arrows in the up and down boxes between the remove and options box are hard coded black and can't be seen with a black background windows color scheme.
They should have the windows color scheme 3d objects color.
The other command buttons use the 3d objects color and the check boxes pick up the message text color.
